Terms of Service (Trade Customers)

Last updated: November 1 2026

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. The website is operated by Legacy Vape Hub UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11663585), registered office Unit 3, Jury Street, Manchester, M8 8FN, VAT number 364935172 ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the business that holds a trade account with us. By opening an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Trade customers only

We sell only to businesses that buy for resale or for other business purposes. We do not sell to consumers. To open a trade account you must be a business registered in the UK and give us accurate company details. We check every application, including against Companies House, before approving it. We may refuse an application, or suspend or close an account, at our discretion, including where details are inaccurate or we suspect misuse.

Because all sales are business-to-business, consumer rights such as the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply.

2. Account security

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for orders placed through it. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

  • Trade prices are shown only to approved accounts and are in pounds sterling.
  • VAT is charged at the applicable rate and shown at checkout. Where Vaping Products Duty applies, it is included in the price.
  • Payment is due in full when you place your order, using the payment methods available at checkout, unless we have agreed other terms with you in writing.
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to that order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order for that product and refund you.

4. Minimum order

The minimum order value is £250. Orders below this cannot be processed.

5. Orders and contract

The order confirmation email confirms we have received your order. The contract for each product is formed when we dispatch it. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to agree an alternative or refund that product. You can ask to change or cancel an order until it is dispatched; after dispatch, the returns policy applies.

6. Delivery, risk and ownership

  • Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and we are not liable for courier delays outside our control.
  • Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
  • Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
  • You must check deliveries promptly and report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours, as set out in our Returns Policy.

7. Damaged, faulty, incorrect and missing products

These are handled under our Returns, Faults & Missing Items Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Product compliance and your responsibilities

The products we supply are intended to meet UK requirements, including the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TPD) and MHRA notification where these apply. As a reseller, you are responsible for your own compliance when you sell, display or promote the products, including:

  • not selling vaping or nicotine products to anyone under 18, carrying out any age checks the law requires, and refusing suspected proxy sales;
  • rules on advertising, promotions, free distribution and discounts;
  • Vaping Products Duty and duty stamp rules, and keeping your own purchase records (our invoices can be used as supplier records);
  • any local licensing, display and recycling (WEEE) obligations that apply to your business.

You must not resell products in a way that breaks UK law.

9. Limitation of liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
  • Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather, supplier shortages, changes in law or system outages. We will tell you as soon as we can and do our best to limit the effect.

11. Website, content and intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. Approved customers may use product images and descriptions we supply to sell our products. Any other use needs our written permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or try to access it without authorisation.

12. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this website when you place an order applies to that order.

14. General

These terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between us for each order. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
