Shipping Policy

We deliver wholesale orders throughout the UK. Please read the details below before ordering.

Minimum order

The minimum order value is £250.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day, subject to payment confirmation, account verification and stock availability. Orders placed after the cut-off, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are normally dispatched on the next working day.

During holiday periods we may move the cut-off to 1:00pm. Any change is announced on our website in advance.

Delivery options and charges

• DPD Next Day: £10 on orders from £250 to £299.99, and free on orders of £300 or more. The free delivery threshold is based on the order value after discounts.
• DPD Saturday Delivery: £10. Choose it at checkout for orders dispatched on a Friday. Not currently available for Scottish addresses.

Delivery times

DPD Next Day orders are normally delivered on the next working day after dispatch. For example, an order dispatched on Monday is normally delivered on Tuesday, and an order dispatched on Friday is normally delivered on Monday (or on Saturday with Saturday Delivery). Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, bad weather, bank holidays or incorrect address details.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email tracking details to the address on your trade account. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. You can also ask us for an update on live chat or WhatsApp (+44 7917 379329).

Delivery address

Please make sure the delivery address at checkout is complete and correct, ideally a business address. Contact us straight away if you notice a mistake; we may not be able to change it once the order has been processed. Extra charges may apply if a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed deliveries or a refused delivery.

Checking your delivery

Please check your delivery when it arrives. Damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours, as set out in our Returns Policy. If a carton is visibly damaged, don't open it; photograph it, including the label, and contact us.

International orders

We don't currently offer international delivery at checkout. For export enquiries, email sales@legacyvapehub.co.uk with your business address, the products and quantities you need.
